We are looking to hire a reliable and talented person to be our Parts Counter Salesperson. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, and dependable. This person must also be comfortable working on multiple projects at once; enjoy challenging tasks and be able to handle changing priorities.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Answer multi-line phone system, assist walk-in customers as well as technicians with parts purchases or information requests
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers
• Record information carefully and identify needed parts using the most efficient method
• Determine availability and price information and document this information as necessary
• Provide parts to customers from stock, procuring locally, or creating a parts order as directed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have at least one year of verifiable employment
• Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Must have parts experience, preferably in heavy duty truck market
• Experience in Customer Service
• Communications skills
